We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

How Do I Apply For A Return?

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@dvthemes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been inspected and approved.

If you’re eligible for a refund or exchange, it will be processed shortly afterward.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds on returned items that meet our return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is received damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery.
